Meet & Greet

  • A first meeting or call with our prospective client is organised. At this stage, we’d love to learn about your expectations and financial possibilities.
  • You will then receive an example budget, similar to the product you’re looking for.
  • The example budget will include all costs associated with a specific operation. ROI on your investment / taxes / registration costs / legal fees / our fees / etc. You’ll get a global picture of the total required investment in any operation.
  • Once a collaboration agreement is reached, you’ll start receiving properties that reflect your ideal investment.

The purchase process

  • Once you decide on a specific property you’ll receive a budget for that particular deal including all costs.
  • After the budget approval, we start the negotiation process and due diligence. Bringing in architects, engineers and real estate lawyers if needed.
  • In the meantime, the downpayment contract will be drafted. At this stage you’ll pay out 10% of the total value.
  • Finally we’ll sign the property deed, at which stage the remaining balance is paid out. We’ll be at your side every step, making sure everything is done in the safest way possible.

Renovating your investment

  • At the budgeting phase, you will have received and approved a renovation budget.
  • While completing the purchase phase, we’ll have organised a renovation crew, and will have applied for any necessary permits.
  • The renovation will begin, as soon as you’ve signed the property deed.
  • For the investor, this is a great opportunity to relax and enjoy. Seeing his new investment turn from beast to beauty.

Property management

  • Before the renovation ends, we’ll already have published the unit/s in all major real estate portals.
  • We’ll screen any potential tenants, doing a thorough background check and assuring the highest quality. Tenants will be ready to move in, almost immediately after the renovation is done.
  • We will take care of rent collection and all property-associated costs.
  • For you, all that’s left to do is to start receiving the income from your brand-new investment.
