Two different lives, two different backgrounds yet almost identical principles. “Every customer should leave happy after interacting with us” That’s our guideline and our code.

Benjamin learned at an early age, working in hospitality, that one happy customer can make or break a business. It’s simple, if after the transaction the person leaves happy he/she will come back, will recommend you to friends & family, and will want to keep sending his business your way. After years of working in restaurants and bars, Benjamin now owns several restaurants in Barcelona and still holds this basic principle not only as valid but as one of his golden rules of Business.

Luciano on the other hand started out in Advertising Production where he learned that treating the client the proper way will facilitate everything else. Whilst working in logistics, organization & production Luciano got an intimate knowledge of Spanish contracts, law, and a proper understanding of how the city works. He’s used to dealing with clients either in Spanish, English, German or Italian. He knows that nothing makes people more at ease than speaking in their own language. Nowadays while running his own business, he still is willing to always go the extra mile.

Since their father made a living buying property, refurbishing it, and eventually selling for a handsome profit, real estate runs in their blood. At an early age both of them learned the ins and outs of dealing with this exciting world.

Between the two they have taken Barcelona by storm. To them, the owner and tenant are both incredibly important. They understand that fast responses, attention to detail, and a general jovial manner will make everybody feel great, and keep those checks rolling in.
